Our Story

I started Stableish in 2018 because I was tired of hiding my meds in ugly, clinical cases—and honestly, tired of feeling alone in my mental health. I wanted something that made taking care of myself feel just a little bit easier (and a lot cuter).

When I began sharing what I was working on, something unexpected happened: friends, family, and even strangers started opening up about their own mental health journeys—many for the first time. That experience lit a fire in me. It made me passionate about creating tools that not only support mental wellness, but also spark conversations and help break the stigma.

No matter what your mental health journey looks like—whether you take meds or not, whether you have a diagnosis or you're just going through a hard time—you are welcome here. Stableish believes in personalized self-care above all else.

We’re here for the people figuring it out. The ones who are thriving, surviving, or somewhere in between. Our products are made to make mental health feel less intimidating, more accessible, and (dare we say it) kind of joyful.

Because all mental health matters—and everyone deserves support that actually gets it. 💊💕

Welcome to Stableish—where all mental health journeys are valid, and taking care of yourself gets to feel good.

WE BELIEVE

Mental health should feel personal—not clinical.

We believe taking care of yourself shouldn’t come in a cold plastic bottle or feel like a shameful secret. Our products are designed to feel warm, approachable, andactually you.

There’s no “right” way to heal.

Whether you take meds, go to therapy, have a diagnosis, or are just going through a rough patch—you’re valid. We support all paths to healing, and we’re here for whatever yours looks like.

Cute things can change the conversation.

Design matters. Humor matters. A cute pill case or gentle reminder can open up space for connection, reduce stigma, and make someone feel seen. That’s why we do what we do.
